On the afternoon of October 6th, a delegation led by Comrade Kim Ngoc Thai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province - held a working session with the Party Committee of Tan Thuy commune to discuss the implementation of the commune's Party Committee Resolution during the first nine months of the year and the direction and tasks for the last three months of 2026.

Also attending were Comrade Nguyen Truc Son - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of provincial departments and agencies.
In the first nine months of 2026, the Party Committee of Tan Thuy commune implemented the Resolution with 20 targets; of which, 6 targets were achieved or exceeded. Notable achievements include: agricultural, forestry, and fisheries production value increased by 6.68%; industrial production increased by 19.35%; and trade and services increased by 19.35%.
157 new production and business households and 9 enterprises were established. Budget revenue reached over 241 billion VND, equivalent to 174% of the target set in the Resolution. The target for developing new Party members was achieved at 100%.

At the conference, delegates focused on analyzing and evaluating the achievements; and discussed indicators that are still lagging, difficulties in public investment, new rural development, aquaculture production, fishing vessel management, and especially the overall planning of Tan Thuy commune for the future.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Kim Ngoc Thai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province - highly appreciated the results achieved by the Tan Thuy Commune Party Committee in the first nine months of 2016.
Comrade Kim Ngoc Thai requested that in the remaining months of 2026, the Party Committee of the commune continue to promote the spirit of unity, focusing on leading and directing the resolute implementation of targets that are still lagging behind. Accelerate the progress of public investment, the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas. Effectively manage the fisheries sector, especially the management of fishing vessels docking at ports and combating IUU fishing. Strengthen efforts to prevent and mitigate natural disasters, saltwater intrusion, and coastal erosion.
Focus on improving the quality of teaching, doing a good job in social welfare, caring for the lives of the poor; creating jobs for rural workers; controlling the security and social order situation. Promote administrative reform and digital transformation to create a foundation for Tan Thuy commune to successfully achieve the goals and tasks set for 2026.
