To celebrate the power of culture in uniting people and fostering world peace, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Hanoi People's Committee are jointly organizing the “Second World Cultural Festival in Hanoi” in 2026. The festival will take place from October 1 to 4, 2026, at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long - a Special National Relic site and the heart of the capital's thousand-year civilization, a place that has witnessed the flow of history and cultural convergence in Hanoi.
Notably, this year's festival holds profound significance as it coincides with the 50th anniversary of Vietnam joining UNESCO.
