Over the past nine months, the Party Committee of Soc Trang ward has focused on leading and directing the implementation of resolutions and policies of the Central Committee, the City Party Committee, and the Resolution of the Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; focusing on consolidating the organizational structure and improving the effectiveness of the political system.

To date, the ward Party Committee has 50 subordinate Party branches and committees with 2,149 Party members; the target for admitting new Party members has been reached at 79.36%; 100% of Party member files have been scanned and 99.6% of files have been updated on the system.

Total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue for the first nine months reached over 3,188 billion VND, equivalent to 75.07% of the plan; industrial and construction production value reached over 3,387 billion VND, equivalent to 74.78% of the plan. Agricultural, forestry, and fisheries production value reached 195 billion VND, equivalent to 103% of the plan. Budget revenue reached nearly 77 billion VND, equivalent to 66.39% of the allocated budget.

Regarding public investment, 12 projects are underway, of which 7 have been completed and put into use; disbursement reached 78.6% of the plan. Cultural and social fields, education, health, social security, care for war veterans, poor households, and households with difficult circumstances were implemented promptly. Administrative reform and digital transformation have seen many positive changes, with the rate of using online public services reaching 99.93%, exceeding the set target. Political security and social order remain stable, with no hotspots emerging.

In her directive speech at the conference, Ms. Ho Thi Cam Dao requested the Ward Party Committee to continue promoting the spirit of unity, proactiveness, and creativity, focusing on leading the implementation of the remaining tasks for 2026 to achieve the set plan targets. This includes carefully reviewing each target, especially those with low achievement rates, in order to develop specific solutions.

The Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee suggested the need to continue improving the quality of Party building and the construction of the political system. He also called for accelerating administrative reform, digital transformation, and the efficient use of financial resources. Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of continuing to effectively implement social welfare policies, caring for the people's lives, and maintaining national defense and security, as well as social order and safety. He stressed the need to proactively monitor the local situation, promptly address emerging issues at the grassroots level, and create a stable environment for development.

On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the Soc Trang Ward Party Committee awarded certificates of commendation to 6 individuals for their outstanding achievements in participating in the digitalization tasks in the area.
