The mobilization of multiple forces aims to create close coordination in firefighting, incident response, and rescue operations. This allows the forces to practice coordination mechanisms, from command and control to force organization, equipment utilization, and the implementation of response measures based on simulated scenarios.
One of the key aspects emphasized during the drill was the implementation of the "four on-site" principle, which includes: on-site command, on-site forces, on-site equipment, and on-site logistical supplies. Leveraging local resources ensures the ability to respond quickly from the initial stages of an incident, limiting the risk of fire spread and large-scale fires, and minimizing damage.

The participating forces practiced command and control; honed their tactics, techniques, and the operation of equipment for firefighting, rescue, and relief operations. Simultaneously, through simulated scenarios, the participating forces tested their ability to organize, deploy resources, and implement measures to save lives and protect property.
Through practical exercises, the forces can assess areas for improvement, learn from experience in command and control, force organization, equipment utilization, and rescue deployment methods. This forms the basis for further refining plans and enhancing the effectiveness of handling real-life incidents.
Conducting drills in multi-story, multi-apartment buildings places high demands on firefighting and rescue operations, especially in situations requiring rapid access to rescue people and protect property. Through these drills, the forces have the opportunity to review their ability to handle situations in a manner appropriate to the characteristics of this type of housing.

Besides professional training, the drills contribute to raising awareness and responsibility among agencies, units, organizations, and the public regarding fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue operations. This strengthens proactive prevention, readiness to handle situations, and prevents being caught off guard by fire and explosion hazards.
The results of the drill also serve as a basis for Kim Lien ward to continue improving the quality of fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue work in the area; to refine plans, enhance coordination between forces, and proactively respond when situations arise.
This contributes to minimizing damage to people and property in the event of a fire, while ensuring the safety of lives and property of the State, organizations, businesses, and the people, and maintaining security and order in Kim Lien ward.
