Accompanying them were leaders from the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board; and leaders from the Party Committee and People's Committee of Tra Linh commune.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the Tra Linh Border Gate Commercial Center project of Damac Logistics Joint Stock Company; and the Tra Linh Border Gate infrastructure project , phase 2, connecting the transportation route. The project involved the acquisition of over 33,450 m² of land from 66 households and one community . To date, 100% of households have received compensation, and 65 households have handed over the land . Some issues related to supporting stable production and business operations, and one remaining case, are still being addressed.
Regarding border gate planning , the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board is coordinating the review of land plot functions to finalize the 1/200 scale zoning plan for the Tra Linh border gate area. The 1/2000 scale zoning plan for the Po Peo border gate area and the Dinh Phong opening has been posted and is open for public consultation.
Next , the working group inspected the current status of the Tra Linh Commune People's Committee headquarters and listened to a report on the plan for arranging and handling surplus public assets such as houses and land ; conducted a field inspection of the resettlement area serving the land clearance work for the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh ( Cao Bang ) expressway project in Cao Chuong hamlet; and assessed the current status, potential for land exploitation, and infrastructure connection plans for the future at several locations and sites.

During the inspection, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Luong Tuan Hung, requested that relevant units conduct a comprehensive review of the progress of projects implemented in the Tra Linh border gate area; focus on resolving difficulties and obstacles, and accelerate the implementation of infrastructure projects at the Tra Linh border gate . Relevant units should continue to coordinate and proactively review projects that have not yet been implemented or are underperforming in the Tra Linh border gate area, and propose appropriate solutions. They should also strengthen efforts to understand the needs and plans of production, business, and import/export activities to provide support and attract more businesses and goods through the border gate, creating momentum for the development of the border gate economy in the future.
Regarding surplus land and buildings, a thorough assessment of their current status, legal status, and intended use is necessary to develop effective management and exploitation plans, avoiding waste of land resources. The review, adjustment, and completion of planning must be linked to the development requirements of border gate infrastructure, resettlement areas, transportation connections, and facilities serving import and export activities, ensuring consistency, feasibility, and a long-term vision.
