Voter Ngan Quang Vinh (village 9, Da Huoai commune) reported that garbage from the Da Huoai landfill is overflowing onto Highway 5 and several residential roads. Ms. Mai also pointed out that the drainage system on both sides of the road in some locations is not covered, posing a danger to residents and leading to localized flooding during heavy rains .
Voter Nguyen Vinh The raised concerns about large trucks carrying soil speeding on local roads, posing a danger to residents and causing road deterioration in some sections. Another issue of concern to voters was the compensation and support policy when implementing transportation projects.

Voter Bui Dinh Long stated that the Da Huoai commune ring road project involves land and crop acquisition. However, he believes the compensation level for some crops, especially durian trees that are currently yielding a stable harvest, is not in line with reality. He requested that the relevant authorities consider a more reasonable compensation level to ensure the rights of people affected by the project are protected.
Voters in Da Huoai 2 and Da Huoai 3 communes also requested continued investment in and improvement of rural transportation; long-term solutions to address landslides along the Dong Nai River; and the early issuance of initial land use right certificates for non-forestry land that has been used stably for many years.
