Voters in Nam Ban commune, Lam Ha district, requested investment in infrastructure and guaranteed benefits for civil servants.

Delegation Group No. 2 includes the following delegates: K'Mák, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Trung Hieu, Provincial Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department; Ndu Ha Bien, Provincial Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dam Rong 2 Commune, Member of the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Thi Hong Hanh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nam Ban Commune, Lam Ha District.

During the meeting, representatives of the delegation informed voters about the results of the provincial People's Council sessions; the situation regarding the resolution and response to voters' requests from previous meetings; the socio -economic, national defense and security situation of the province; and the expected content and program of the regular session at the end of 2026.

At the conference, voters raised and suggested many issues directly related to people's lives, production, and the operation of local government.

In particular, voters requested that all levels of government pay attention to investing in and upgrading commune health stations , supplementing and improving facilities and equipment to meet the healthcare needs of the people.

Regarding education , voters proposed reviewing and repairing dilapidated schools to ensure safety and suitable learning and teaching conditions for students and teachers.

Voters also suggested arranging and allocating commune-level officials and civil servants appropriately , based on job positions, professional capabilities, and workload, thereby improving the efficiency of the local government apparatus.

Regarding infrastructure and production, voters suggested paying attention to investing in and repairing public works; and at the same time, finding solutions to ensure water supply for production and daily life , especially in areas still facing water scarcity.

Regarding land issues, voters requested that authorities review, inspect, and resolve outstanding cases related to land previously reclaimed by the State , clarifying the origin, documentation, and implementation process of related policies. This would lead to appropriate solutions, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people and preventing prolonged disputes.

Regarding transportation, voters requested an early survey and assessment of the current condition and allocation of resources for the repair and upgrading of Le Loi road, the section from Dao Nga intersection to Bat Xua intersection leading to Nam Ha .

According to feedback, the road has deteriorated, with many potholes and large cracks, causing difficulties for travel and goods transportation, and posing a potential traffic safety risk. Voters hope that the road will be invested in and upgraded soon to meet the transportation and production needs of the people.

In addition, voters suggested paying attention to the salary , allowances, and benefits policies for officials of the General Services Center , researching a mechanism that is appropriate to the nature, volume, and responsibilities of the work, and ensuring the rights of officials in the process of implementing the two-tiered local government model.

Opinions and suggestions within the jurisdiction of local authorities and relevant units will be received and studied for appropriate action. For issues beyond their jurisdiction, the information will be compiled and forwarded to the relevant authorities for consideration and resolution in accordance with regulations.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council K' Mák affirmed that Delegation Group No. 2 will fully receive the legitimate opinions of voters; at the same time, compile and forward them to the competent authorities. Through this, they will gradually resolve issues arising from the grassroots level, meeting the aspirations of voters and the people.
