At each location visited, on behalf of the delegation, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh cordially inquired about and encouraged the people, while also providing information on the socio -economic situation of the city over the past nine months. City leaders affirmed that the city always pays attention to implementing policies to care for the lives and support ethnic minorities, including the Khmer people.

The Can Tho City delegation took a commemorative photo with the leaders of My Huong commune, the Abbot and the Management Board of Bang Kok Pagoda.

The Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee expressed his wish that the abbots, monks, and management boards of the temples continue to promote the spirit of unity, propagate and encourage Buddhist followers to actively engage in production, strictly abide by the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws , maintain security and order, and contribute to building an increasingly civilized, prosperous, and beautiful homeland.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh also suggested that My Tu Ethnic Boarding Secondary School continue to focus on improving the quality of education, caring for and nurturing Khmer ethnic students to develop comprehensively in knowledge, ethics, and skills. This will contribute to training human resources, helping them become useful citizens for their families and society.

Representatives from the temples and the Board of Directors of My Tu Ethnic Boarding Secondary School expressed their gratitude to the city leaders for their continued attention to and care for the material and spiritual well-being of the Khmer people. They also affirmed their commitment to continuing to promote and encourage Buddhist followers to actively engage in productive work and abide by the law; and for the school to strive to improve the quality of teaching and learning, helping students to be well-behaved and excel in their studies.
