That was the theme of the Local Dialogue Round - Vietnam Private Sector Economic Forum 2026 (VPSF 2026) - Vinh Long Province Dialogue Session, organized by the Provincial People's Committee in coordination with relevant agencies and units on the afternoon of October 2nd.

Attending the event, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association was represented by Mr. Phan Tan Dat - Vice President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association.
The leaders of Vinh Long province present included: Mr. Dang Van Chinh - Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Truong Dang Vinh Phuc - Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Finance; Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan - Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; representatives of the VCCI Mekong Delta Branch; business associations and entrepreneurs in the province.

During the dialogue session, discussions focused on issues such as: enhancing the value of agricultural products and expanding export markets; ensuring energy resources for production and business; improving the capacity of cooperatives; and strengthening linkages with businesses in the value chain. Delegates exchanged views and clarified opportunities and challenges in developing raw material areas, processing, market connectivity, ensuring resources for production, and enhancing the capacity of collective economic organizations.

In particular, the open dialogue session provided an opportunity for the business community and private enterprises to directly exchange views with representatives of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, local authorities, and experts on practical issues arising in the process of operation, investment, and expansion of production and business. Through this, difficulties, obstacles, proposals, and initiatives from the business community were recorded, aiming to unlock resources and improve the investment and business environment.

Speaking at the forum, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dang Van Chinh emphasized the importance of implementing Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of the private economy. Accordingly, Vinh Long identifies the business community and entrepreneurs as a crucial force in the province's socio-economic development.
The province is committed to building a proactive, service-oriented government that supports businesses; continuing to improve the investment and business environment, accelerating administrative procedure reforms, and promptly resolving difficulties and obstacles. At the same time, it will create favorable conditions for businesses to access resources such as land, capital, infrastructure, human resources, science and technology , and markets.
In addition, the province encourages and supports businesses to improve their management capacity, promote innovation, digital transformation , and green transformation; enhance productivity, quality, competitiveness, and gradually participate more deeply in value chains. Through this, it leverages the potential and advantages of the locality, creates new impetus for growth, and promotes the development of the private sector.
