The program was attended by representatives from several relevant departments and agencies, the Binh Nghi Border Guard Station, local Party committees and authorities, and 150 exemplary female cadres and members from 7 communes: That Khe, Trang Dinh, Doan Ket, Khang Chien, Quoc Khanh, Tan Tien, and Quoc Viet.
At the conference, delegates were informed about some of the results of the Women's Union's work and the women's movement in the first nine months of the year; and the direction and tasks for the last three months of 2026.

During the dialogue, women's association members from various communes frankly shared and contributed opinions focusing on issues directly related to their daily lives, such as: preventing and combating violence and abuse against women and children; ensuring social security and healthcare for women and children; supporting job creation, livelihood development, access to capital and markets; maintaining and improving the effectiveness of branch associations after village mergers; reducing reporting pressure and promoting the application of digital technology ; and supporting women in starting businesses and selling goods on digital platforms.

The questions and suggestions from the members were discussed and answered directly by the leaders of the Provincial Women's Union and representatives from various departments, agencies, and local authorities at the conference.
Through dialogue, the Provincial Women's Union gains a more practical basis for reviewing and resolving difficulties in its work, while also coordinating closely with relevant agencies to promptly advise the Party Committee and government on perfecting appropriate mechanisms and policies. This aims to innovate working methods, focus strongly on the grassroots, protect the legitimate rights and interests of members, and help the Women's Union truly become a solid support for women.

Leaders of the Lang Son Provincial Women's Union and the Department of Science and Technology presented gifts to members and women at the conference.
On this occasion, the Provincial Women's Union presented 50 gifts to members, women, and children in difficult circumstances affected by natural disasters, storms, and floods. Each gift was worth 1 million VND, contributing to encouraging families to stabilize their lives as soon as possible.
