The competition will take place from October 1st to October 30th, 2026, with a total prize value of 560 million VND for individuals and teams.
With the theme of innocent dreams, the competition encourages students to freely express their imagination, thoughts, and perspectives on life through color and drawing. Each artwork is expected to become a unique story, conveying the students' wishes for themselves, their families, their communities, and their future.
According to the organizers, in 2026, the competition will continue nationwide, targeting a large number of primary school students. Following initial activities in Hanoi and Hai Phong , students in other regions will create artworks based on the theme and rules, and submit their drawings to the organizing committee for selection and judging. The results are expected to be announced at the end of November 2026.
The competition doesn't limit children's imaginations. From dreams of becoming doctors, teachers, or pilots to simple aspirations like a happy family and a better life, children can use painting to tell their own stories. Through this activity, students are encouraged to develop self-confidence, creativity, and a spirit of sharing.
