The project has a total investment of approximately 54.6 billion VND. According to the design, the project will construct two embankment lines with a total length of nearly 500 meters, using reinforced concrete on reinforced concrete pile foundations.
The project also includes the construction of roads D1, D3, and N4 with a total length of approximately 189 meters; and the completion of one side of the sidewalk on road N2. In addition, the project will build three parks with an area of over 19,185 m² featuring green spaces and pedestrian walkways. Simultaneously, a water supply, drainage, and lighting system will be constructed.
The project commenced on November 26, 2025, and is being constructed by TICCO Construction Joint Stock Company. Over the past period, the contractor has focused its efforts on accelerating the construction progress, especially in the face of difficulties regarding material supply and rising fuel and material prices.
The investor has actively and responsibly coordinated with relevant units to resolve difficulties, especially regarding land acquisition. The project was completed and accepted by the end of August 2026, ensuring quality according to the approved design documents.
Upon completion, the project will contribute to improving the technical infrastructure, ensuring the overall aesthetics of Hung Vuong Square, serving recreational activities for the people, and creating conditions for socio -economic development and cultural exchange in the locality.
