This activity aims to finalize the curriculum and textbook "Theoretical and Practical Foundations of Collective Economic Development in conjunction with New Rural Development," which is expected to be applied in teaching at political theory training and education institutions.
Attendees included: Mr. Le Minh Hoan, former Vice Chairman of the National Assembly; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Ngoc Giang, Director of the Personnel and Organization Department, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Ms. Chau Thi My Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Thap province; Dr. Nguyen Phuoc Dung, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of the Dong Thap Provincial Political School; along with representatives from provincial departments and agencies, as well as scientists , experts, lecturers, and students.

According to the plan, the module "Developing Collective Economy at the Grassroots Level" will be implemented over 8 sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, including 4 interactive theoretical sessions and 4 discussion and practical sessions. The content is organized to combine theoretical knowledge with the experience and practical skills of experts, thereby increasing interaction and the ability of learners to apply the knowledge.

During the pilot teaching process, scientists, experts, lecturers, and students focused on evaluating and providing feedback on the objectives, content, sequence, duration, and teaching methods.
Regarding the curriculum, feedback focused on explanations, examples, questions, and practical guidance. Content that was difficult to understand, inappropriate, or subject to differing opinions was received and discussed for clarification.
Through this process, the research team synthesizes, explains, and transforms the feedback into specific adjustments, contributing to the refinement of the program and curriculum before its implementation in teaching.

Speaking at the pilot teaching program, Comrade Le Minh Hoan emphasized that the teaching content must begin with issues close to practical realities at the grassroots level, such as: What problems do people need to cooperate to solve? What benefits do cooperatives bring to their members? And how can grassroots officials support this collaboration?
According to Comrade Le Minh Hoan, when analyzing a collective economic model, it is necessary to consider not only the results, but also the organizational methods, the level of people's participation, the difficulties, and the conditions for maintaining operations. This helps learners gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between the development of the collective economy, people's livelihoods, and the construction of new rural areas.
At the same time, trainees need to broaden their thinking during the learning and discussion process; sharing both what they have accomplished and the problems they are still facing, thereby comparing practical experience with theory, asking questions and finding solutions suitable for each locality. This is also a practical contribution to improving the program and curriculum…
