Comrade Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Thap province, and Chairperson of the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor, presented a symbolic check to support Ms. Nguyen Thi Diem Kieu.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Diem Kieu is an employee of the Binh Thanh Agricultural Service Cooperative. Her family consists of five members and has no land for farming. Ms. Kieu is the primary breadwinner; her husband is ill and unable to work. Given this situation, the Trade Union of the Binh Thanh Agricultural Service Cooperative and the Trade Union of Lap Vo Commune proposed providing assistance in building a "Trade Union Shelter" for Ms. Kieu's family.

The house cost 230 million VND to build, of which the "Trade Union Shelter" Fund of the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor contributed 60 million VND, and the rest was contributed by the family.

This is a practical activity aimed at caring for the lives and supporting union members and workers in difficult housing situations, thereby helping families stabilize their lives and feel secure in their work and employment.
