On the morning of October 2nd, the People's Committee of An Giang province launched a 45-day campaign to review, clean up, and build data, develop digital citizens, and remove bottlenecks to facilitate digital transformation in the province, from October 2nd to November 16th.

This is a key period aimed at creating significant improvements in data quality, digital infrastructure, public services, and the use of digital utilities to serve citizens and businesses.

Digital infrastructure, digital data, and platforms serving citizens and businesses are gradually being formed and perfected; the exploitation of the National Database on Population, electronic identification, and authentication is increasingly expanding.

Many specialized databases in the fields of land, justice, health, education , officials, civil servants, etc., are being reviewed, cleaned, standardized, and connected to serve state management and administrative procedures. Immediately after the launching ceremony, agencies, units, and localities began implementing the plan without delay, formality, or shirking responsibility; focusing on completing tasks within 45 days, creating a clear transformation in data quality and the effectiveness of digital transformation to contribute to improving data quality, strengthening connectivity, sharing, and exploiting data to serve leadership, direction, management, administrative procedure reform, and public service provision; while bringing digital platforms and utilities closer to people and businesses, contributing to promoting comprehensive digital transformation in the province.
