Dien Lam Commune launches 6 Civil Defense Teams for Fire Prevention, Firefighting, and Rescue.

Leaders of the Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police; and leaders of Dien Lam commune congratulated the 6 Civilian Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Teams.

This is a core grassroots force built at the local level, playing a coordinating role in preventing and responding to incidents and carrying out safety-related tasks. Strengthening this force aims to improve the effectiveness of fire prevention and rescue work, promote the "four on-the-spot" principle, and contribute to the timely detection and handling of risks and incidents from their inception.

At the ceremony, representatives from the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Public Security Department requested that local Party committees and authorities continue to provide leadership and guidance; ensure the provision of necessary equipment, vehicles, and conditions as prescribed; and promote public awareness campaigns to encourage people to proactively participate in handling emergency situations.

The Dien Lam commune police need to strengthen their advisory role to the Party committee and local government; regularly guide, inspect, and supervise the activities of the teams. Members of the civil defense teams need to enhance their responsibility, have a thorough understanding of the area, hone their skills, and proactively guide people in performing basic fire prevention and control procedures, contributing to building a core fire prevention and control force at the grassroots level.
