Ten works by entrepreneurs, managers, and those active in the business field have just been selected by the Organizing Committee for the "Top 10 Best Books Written by Vietnamese Entrepreneurs" in 2026. Beyond documenting their experiences in the business world, these works also reveal a noteworthy trend: an increasing number of entrepreneurs are choosing to write to share knowledge, inspire others, and leave a lasting legacy for the community.

In 2026, the "Top 10 Best Books Written by Vietnamese Entrepreneurs" will be organized as part of the 2026 Entrepreneur and Book Week, hosted by Ho Chi Minh City Radio and Television. The event aims to encourage businesses to build a learning culture, develop corporate libraries, value knowledge, and share management experiences; while also honoring entrepreneurs who have contributed to reading culture and knowledge creation.
This year, 67 eligible works were nominated by publishing houses, distributors, and entrepreneurs. The Entrepreneurial Book Council conducted an independent evaluation on a 100-point scale, based on four groups of criteria: content quality; social significance and inspirational value; creativity and innovation; and the technical and artistic aspects of the work.
Following the evaluation round by the Business Book Council, the final judging panel continued discussions to finalize the list. This process was also conducted with the aim of expanding the scope for more authors and topics, ensuring diversity in the honored list.
The 10 works unanimously selected include: "Go Global - A Guide to Living, Working & Shining Globally" by Ms. Nguyen Phi Van, Chairman of Go Global Holdings Joint Stock Company; "Differentiation for Success - Unique Business Strategies for Vietnamese Enterprises" by Mr. Ly Qui Trung - Chairman of the LQT Institute of Contemporary Entrepreneurs; "The Keeper of Time" by Ms. Le Thi Thanh Lam - Former Deputy General Director of Saigon Food Joint Stock Company; "The Outsider - Meditation in Everyday Life" by Ms. Le Thi Thanh Lam - Former Deputy General Director of Saigon Food Joint Stock Company; "The Miracle of Overcoming Yourself" by Ms. Nhan Huc Quan - General Director of New Toyo Vietnam Aluminum Paper Packaging Co., Ltd.; " Living Truth - The Keys to Shedding Ideals and Expectations to Find Authentic Success" by Mr. Tran Tien Cong - General Director of VCI International Co., Ltd. and Jack Canfield; " I Want to Become a Leader" by Mr. Pham Duy Hieu - Chairman of the Management Board of the Vietnam Science and Technology Enterprise Startup Fund; The presentations included: AI Roadmap - A comprehensive AI application roadmap for businesses by Mr. Nguyen Van Luong - Owner of Bella Bookstore and Convenience Store (Bella Bookstore); Practical Strategic Management by Mr. Tran Quoc Viet - Director of the Institute for Business Administration Research and Application (IBS); and Contemporary Vietnamese Urban Identification by Mr. Ngo Viet Nam Son - Chairman of Ngo Viet Consulting and Design Company Limited.
A notable aspect of this year's list is the diversity of topics. From integration and self-development, business thinking, management, and leadership to artificial intelligence, corporate strategy, and perspectives on contemporary Vietnamese cities, the works offer diverse insights into the journey of value creation by Vietnamese people in the new era.
If "Read to Lead" is the journey of acquiring knowledge to solve business problems, then "Writing to Lead" is the next step: entrepreneurs transform their experiences, lessons, and reflections into knowledge that can be shared with the community. This is also one of the three pillars of the 2026 Entrepreneur and Book Week communication campaign, alongside "Learning Businesses".
From a broader perspective, a book written by an entrepreneur is not just the story of an individual or a single work. Each book is a way of preserving experience, transforming knowledge into wisdom, and providing additional resources for those starting, running, and developing businesses.
Through the Entrepreneur and Book Week, Ho Chi Minh City Radio and Television Station hopes to inspire a spirit of self-learning, promote a culture of reading, writing, and lifelong learning within the business community; thereby contributing to the formation of a business environment that values knowledge and learning ability.
