Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to take the lead and urgently coordinate with relevant units to definitively resolve procedural obstacles for power generation and transmission infrastructure projects in the province; and to focus on advising the Provincial People's Committee on solutions for developing exports and logistics, ensuring completion by December 2026.

The Department of Industry and Trade continues to research and develop a logistics database and a plan for the development of key export products for the period 2027-2030, with a vision to 2040; coordinating with the Department of Construction to review and thoroughly understand the production and business activities of port, transportation, logistics enterprises and key projects. At the same time, it directs specialized agencies to advise on practical solutions to enhance goods circulation; proactively resolve obstacles within its authority or promptly report to competent authorities for handling according to regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Construction to take the lead, in coordination with the Provincial Statistics Department, relevant agencies, units, and businesses, to urgently review and fully assess the growth rate of the port and logistics sector in the province from the beginning of 2026 to the present; determine the proportion and potential contribution of this sector to the province's GRDP growth in the fourth quarter of 2026. Based on this, they are to advise and propose specific contents to the Provincial People's Committee to ensure appropriate growth, contributing to achieving the GRDP growth target of 10.2% or higher in 2026; and report to the Provincial People's Committee before October 15th.

The Department of Construction closely coordinates with the Department of Industry and Trade to assess infrastructure capacity and advise on comprehensive solutions to improve the efficiency of transportation operations as directed by the Provincial People's Committee; proactively resolves obstacles within its authority or promptly reports to competent authorities for handling according to regulations.

At the same time, continue to seriously and fully implement the assigned tasks; focus on promoting the role of the focal agency in receiving, classifying, and coordinating the resolution of requests and promptly addressing difficulties for the port and transport business community within its authority or reporting to the competent authority for handling according to regulations.

The Department of Finance, in coordination with relevant departments, agencies, and functional bodies, will focus on reviewing and resolving outstanding issues in the procedures for implementing projects of port, warehousing, and logistics enterprises; promptly addressing difficulties and obstacles, and quickly mobilizing resources to serve economic development.

At the same time, coordinate with the State Bank of Vietnam, Regional Branch 10, and other credit institutions to implement support measures and promptly resolve difficulties in capital and credit, serving the production and business activities of the port, transportation, and logistics business community in the province.
