Establish the Association of Former People's Police Officers of Ninh Hai Commune

At the congress, delegates heard the announcement of the Ninh Hai Commune People's Committee's decision on the establishment of the Commune's Association of Former Public Security Officers; approved the report on membership status, the process of campaigning for the establishment of the association, the working regulations, and the direction of activities for the 2026-2031 term.

The association currently has 27 members who are retired police officers and soldiers residing in the commune. For the 2026-2031 term, the association aims to continue upholding the traditions of the People's Police Force; innovate the content and methods of its activities; strive to encourage over 95% of eligible former police officers to join the association by 2030; and ensure that 100% of members and their families comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws .

The association aims to monitor and assist at least 5 cases of disadvantaged individuals; to develop, maintain, and replicate at least 3 effective models and practices. Simultaneously, it actively participates in maintaining security and order; disseminating legal information and building the political system at the grassroots level; and contributing to the development of model communes in terms of security, order, and drug-free areas.

The congress elected the Executive Committee of the Ninh Hai Commune Former Police Officers Association for the 2026-2031 term, consisting of 3 members, and the Inspection Committee, consisting of 2 members. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Quyet was elected to the position of Chairman of the Ninh Hai Commune Former Police Officers Association for the 2026-2031 term.
