On September 29th, the 6th Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum (VIPF 2026), organized by the Finance - Investment Newspaper in collaboration with the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA) and sponsored by the Ministry of Finance , took place in Ho Chi Minh City with the theme: "Opportunities in the Whirlwind of Change".

Within the framework of the forum, the "For a Green Future" program (VIPF Green Future Awards) continued to be implemented to honor pioneering businesses and localities in developing industrial parks in an ecological, green, smart, and integrated direction; while promoting the application of clean energy, developing sustainable infrastructure, effectively managing resources, and building an industrial ecosystem that meets ESG standards. At the event, KN Holdings Group was honored as "Potential Green Industrial Real Estate Developer of 2026".

Being honored with this award for the third consecutive time in the "For a Green Future" category reflects the direction that KN Holdings is gradually realizing through the KN Industrial City (KNIC) system - a new generation industrial city model developed on an integrated platform of industry, logistics, energy, digital infrastructure, and business support services.

For KN Holdings, green transformation in industrial park development is not only about environmental solutions but also about considering the overall infrastructure capacity and the ability to meet long-term investment needs.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Deputy General Director of KN Holdings Group, shared: “Today's infrastructure must take into account the industries of the future.” Following this direction, KNIC is developed not only as a place to provide production space but also aims to form an ecosystem capable of accompanying businesses throughout their entire investment lifecycle. Factors such as energy, logistics, digital infrastructure, environment, human resources, and support services are considered from the planning stage to create a foundation for businesses to operate, expand, and adapt to new market demands.

This orientation is being concretized in two key projects of KNIC in Dong Nai : KNIC Nam Long Thanh and KNIC Dong Long Thanh, with a total scale of approximately 2,000 hectares.

KNIC Nam Long Thanh covers an area of approximately 1,000 hectares (phase 1), located about 5km south of Long Thanh International Airport.

KNIC Nam Long Thanh is envisioned as a high-tech industrial space, prioritizing sectors such as: electrical and electronics, semiconductors, data centers, precision mechanics, automation, and smart logistics. The project entered the infrastructure development phase in 2026, marking a transition from planning to realization of a new-generation industrial park model.

KNIC Dong Long Thanh is developed as an eco-industrial park, linking production with logistics and amenities for workers according to the "Work - Live - Learn" model. Solutions for renewable energy, resource management, green spaces, water bodies, and technical infrastructure are integrated to aim for an efficient, sustainable, and long-term adaptable production environment.

Along with infrastructure development, KN Holdings is gradually expanding its connections, promoting investment, and cooperating with international partners and markets, aiming to attract capital and high value-added manufacturing industries into the KNIC ecosystem. These advancements lay the foundation for KNIC not only to develop industrial land but also to build a manufacturing-logistics-energy-technology ecosystem, meeting the increasingly high demands of investors in the context of the restructuring of global supply chains.

Being honored for the third consecutive time at the "For a Green Future" awards is not only a recognition of a project or a year of operation, but also reflects KN Holdings' unwavering pursuit of a long-term, green, smart, integrated industrial park development strategy.

Based on the principles of "Credibility - Pioneering - Responsibility," KN Holdings continues to invest in infrastructure capable of meeting current needs while preparing for future industries and production models, contributing to enhancing the competitiveness of businesses and promoting the development of the industrial ecosystem, thereby contributing to Vietnam's competitiveness in regional and global supply chains.

Having developed for nearly half a century, KN Holdings Group has continuously perfected its multi-sector ecosystem with five core areas: Real Estate, Services, Renewable Energy, Industrial Parks, and Logistics – where each sector operates independently while simultaneously complementing and balancing each other. This interconnected structure helps the Group maintain stability and proactively adapt to any fluctuations in the economic cycle. Currently, with a long-term vision, KN Holdings aims to connect KNIC with other sectors within the Group's ecosystem. Renewable energy provides a foundation for energy solutions; logistics supports the movement of goods and connects supply chains; while real estate, services, and international cooperation activities contribute to expanding the ability to attract investors.
