On October 6th, SS Label announced that its artists would be withdrawing from Sao Concert. The company stated that the decision was made because certain necessary conditions for continuing the agreement between the parties had not been met.
"SS Label has attempted to proceed with the schedule, however, some necessary terms under the agreement between the two parties have not yet been met," the company shared.

Finally, the group apologized and asked for the audience's understanding for their decision. In the comments section, Cuong Seven added: "It was a last resort; we had already prepared and practiced everything."
Following SS Label's announcement, Sao Concert also issued a statement regarding the incident. The organizers expressed their gratitude to SS Label for their partnership and apologized to the audience.
"Although we couldn't bring them to the stage this time, the organizing committee would like to express our gratitude for all the efforts of the artists and the SSL team who have accompanied us over the past time. We hope that both sides will meet again soon in the nearest projects," Sao Concert announced.
Currently, the withdrawal of the artists from the show is causing a stir on social media. Many viewers have expressed disappointment, stating that they decided to buy tickets because of Soobin, Cuong Seven, Binz, and others.
Sao Concert Season 3 took place on October 10th in Ho Chi Minh City. The show was initially expected to attract 25,000 attendees, feature nearly 60 artists, three stages, and run for over 14 consecutive hours.
The concert organizers stated that they aim to build Sao Concert as a cultural festival – a place that encourages audiences to express their individuality through fashion , art, content creation, and community activities.
