Attending the handover ceremony were leaders from the Son La Provincial Military Command; the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and various departments, agencies, and mass organizations of To Mua commune.
The 117m2 single-story house meets all quality, technical, and safety requirements, with a total construction cost of 500 million VND, of which 80 million VND was allocated from the Ministry of National Defense 's "Gratitude and Repayment" fund; the remaining funds were contributed by the family and relatives. During the construction process, officers and soldiers of the Son La Provincial Military Command, the To Mua Commune Military Command, along with local Party committees, authorities, and people, provided support and contributed labor.

This is a meaningful act aimed at encouraging and supporting the families of fallen soldiers who are facing hardship, helping them to gradually improve their lives. It is also a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Armed Forces of Military Region 2 (October 19, 1946 / October 19, 2026).
