According to the Deputy Prime Minister, ACV's coordinating role is particularly important. ACV needs to proactively organize and coordinate contractors, clearly defining the work, sequence, and timing of implementation so that the components can be connected synchronously. In particular, construction work must be carried out scientifically and rigorously, adhering closely to the schedule, ensuring that all components are completed synchronously and seamlessly connected.
