Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc attended the Golden Hills project restart ceremony and the groundbreaking ceremony for Khoi Nguyen Kindergarten in Da Nang.

Also attending the relaunch ceremony were: Le Ngoc Quang, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee; Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee, along with representatives of leaders from central and local departments, ministries, and agencies.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc commended the efforts of Da Nang's political system, especially in the context of the city achieving a GRDP growth rate of 10.31% in the first nine months of 2026 and successfully attracting 66 new projects with a total capital of 96,000 billion VND.

The Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated the local authorities' timely resolution of obstacles for the stalled project, which had been pending for 14 years, thereby helping to overcome the waste of resources. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, there are currently more than 5,000 stalled projects nationwide; if all of them were unblocked, they would inject approximately 3.5 trillion VND into the economy, making a significant contribution to the overall development of the country.

Delegates attend the ceremony to relaunch the Golden Hills Eco-Urban Area project and break ground for Khoi Nguyen Kindergarten.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested the city to continue implementing the directives of the Central Government, proactively accompany and support investors, and resolutely prevent administrative procedures from hindering the development process. He urged investors to affirm their credibility, promptly complete legal documents, and carry out construction safely, with quality and on schedule, in order to transform the unlocked resources into practical projects serving the people.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, delivered a speech at the launching ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee, said that the restart of the Golden Hills project is the result of the city's efforts to decisively resolve legal difficulties and obstacles for 356 stalled projects. The City People's Committee has allowed the continued allocation and leasing of land with a total adjusted scale of over 15,000 billion VND, creating the most favorable conditions for the project to continue its implementation. The Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the investor and project developer to prioritize the completion of technical and social infrastructure, strictly adhere to commitments and financial obligations, and especially ensure the legitimate rights of the people.

The Golden Hills project and the groundbreaking ceremony for Khoi Nguyen Kindergarten have officially restarted.

Within the framework of the event, the Organizing Committee announced the commercial name of the project as KITA Danera Bay, envisioned as a multi-functional ecological urban area. Immediately afterwards, delegates performed the ceremony to restart the Golden Hills project and broke ground for Khoi Nguyen Kindergarten, hoping to create a synchronized link with the Lien Chieu Free Trade Zone and port, creating a new growth pole for the Northwest Da Nang area.
