The conference aimed to update and disseminate new legal regulations to petroleum businesses in the province; and to exchange and address difficulties and obstacles encountered during their operations.
At the conference, representatives from the Department of Industry and Trade presented regulations on petroleum business in accordance with government decrees, Circular No. 50/2025/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Resolution No. 19/2026/NQ-CP of the Government.
Representatives from the Department of Agriculture and Environment disseminated regulations on land and environmental protection for gas stations and petroleum business projects; focusing on land use purposes, compliance with land use planning and plans, forms and duration of land use, and related procedures.
In addition, delegates were informed about the fire safety design assessment process; periodic and unscheduled fire safety inspections; and requirements for fire safety and rescue documentation at petroleum businesses.
The conference also implemented regulations on technical standards, measurement, and quality in the petroleum business; regulations on administrative penalties for violations and common violations in this field.
Through this conference, regulatory agencies and petroleum businesses gain more information to properly implement legal regulations, contributing to improved state management efficiency and ensuring that petroleum business operations in the province comply with regulations.
