Ward 6 was formed on the basis of Ha Tu 3 and Ha Tu 4 wards, operating within the new area from July 1, 2026. The Party branch currently has 141 members, including 139 full members and 2 probationary members.
At the meeting, the Party Branch of Ward 6 provided updates on current events, new policies and directions; assessed the results of tasks performed during the first nine months of 2026; and discussed key tasks for the remaining months of the year. Party members focused on discussing issues directly related to the local community and people's lives; they also proposed solutions to improve the quality of the Party branch's activities and enhance the role of cadres and Party members in disseminating information and mobilizing people to participate in movements and build a civilized and safe ward.
Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairwoman of the City People's Council, congratulated the Party Branch of Ward 6 on achieving the goals and targets set for the first nine months; she assessed the meeting as being organized seriously and practically, with the full participation of Party members.
The comrade suggested that the Party branch continue to innovate and improve the quality of its meetings. Besides maintaining regular meetings seriously, it should select practical issues to organize effective and relevant thematic meetings. Each cadre and Party member must play a pioneering and exemplary role, actively propagating, educating , and mobilizing the people, especially the younger generation, to participate in implementing movements and tasks in the residential area.
Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh suggested that the neighborhood continue to effectively utilize the digital cultural center; strive to build a drug-free neighborhood, in which Party members must truly be the core force, proactively grasping the situation, detecting, educating, preventing, and proposing appropriate solutions, contributing to maintaining security and order, and building a safe and healthy living environment in the residential area.
During the meeting, discussing several issues raised and suggestions made by Party members, the Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Council requested the Party Committee and People's Committee of Ha Tu Ward to comprehensively review and assess each issue, promptly report to the competent authorities for consideration and resolution, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people, thereby gradually improving and enhancing the people's lives.
