At the meeting, representatives from businesses reported on the results of a field survey of several surplus properties in the two wards to study investment options for expanding infrastructure and equipment to serve medical examination, treatment, and healthcare for the people.
The delegates also focused on discussing the implementation roadmap, timelines, and policies related to rent to ensure the financial efficiency of the project; long-term lease mechanisms for facilities with large investment scales; and plans for arranging, planning, and converting the purpose of some premises to the healthcare sector. Investors also committed to fulfilling all financial obligations and using the facilities for their intended purpose as stipulated.
Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Dang Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, stated that the study of options for exploiting and leasing surplus land and buildings needs to be implemented strictly and in accordance with regulations, both to limit waste of public assets and to create conditions for investors to develop production and business activities, especially in the healthcare sector.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Le Van Bao, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged and welcomed the orientation and development strategy of the health sector by investors in the province.
The comrade emphasized that mobilizing social resources, reducing investment pressure from the state budget, and increasing the attraction of private resources into economic , educational, and health sectors are in line with the development policies of the Central Government and the province.

Comrade Le Van Bao, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, instructed the Provincial Land Development Center and relevant agencies to coordinate and work with investors to review the progress of legal procedures, ensuring strict adherence to regulations. Specifically, investors need to clearly define timelines for facility renovation, completion of each item, and other related matters.
The Provincial People's Committee will cooperate and create favorable conditions in resolving administrative procedures according to regulations, contributing to the early implementation of investment plans, improving the efficiency of exploiting public assets and strengthening the capacity to provide medical services and healthcare for the people in the province.
