Comrade Bui Hoang Phuong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and the delegation from the Provincial People's Committee directly inspected the progress of the Eurowindow Grand City urban area project.
The project is invested by a joint venture between Eurowindow Quang Binh Five Star JSC and Thang Long Co., Ltd. The total investment is expected to be 440 billion VND, with a scale of 1.5 hectares and a completion deadline of July 2030 after the investment policy adjustment decision is issued.

To date, the investor has completed several procedures regarding planning, connection of technical infrastructure, electricity and water supply, and environmental impact assessment. Regarding land clearance, compensation has been paid for an area of 0.3 hectares to one cooperative.
However, some households have not yet agreed with the approved compensation plan, refusing to accept compensation and support payments and hand over the land.
During the inspection, after hearing reports from departments, localities, and the project investor on the project's implementation, Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested that Dong Hoi Ward continue to disseminate information, mobilize support, and engage in dialogue to gain the consensus of the people regarding land acquisition, compensation, and handover of the land for the project. The dissemination of information, mobilization, and dialogue with the people must be completed before October 15th. The next steps to clear the land for the project should be implemented after October 30th.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the investor to commit to commencing the project within 3 months after the handover of the land. He also requested relevant departments and agencies to continue supporting the investor in the process of completing legal procedures to ensure the project commences as soon as possible according to regulations.
