Over the past period, the Provincial Association for Community Health Education and Care has consistently adhered to the Party's guidelines and resolutions on the field of health and public health care. The overarching principle has been a strong shift in thinking from treatment to prevention, raising the awareness of each citizen to proactively protect their health, aiming to build a healthy and sustainably developing society.
Simultaneously, various communication, counseling, and health education activities were implemented, connecting social resources to spread knowledge about proactive health care; many effective models of therapeutic exercise and folk dance were developed.

In the coming term, the Provincial Association for Community Health Care Education will continue to focus on developing membership, forming widespread networks throughout the province; actively disseminating, advising, and educating members on general health knowledge so that everyone knows and can take care of their own health; building and expanding effective operational models, contributing positively to the overall development of the Association.
The congress also elected an Executive Committee of 16 members. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha was elected as the Chairperson of the Provincial Association for Community Health Care Education, for the term 2026-2031.
