The modules focus on essential skills for public service performance, from setting goals, planning, and allocating resources to organizing implementation and evaluating results. In addition, trainees are introduced to innovative approaches to public administration, promoting digital transformation, administrative reform, and leveraging resources for socio-economic development.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhut, Director of the Department of Internal Affairs of Ca Mau province, emphasized that commune-level leaders and managers play a crucial role in organizing and implementing policies and tasks for socio-economic development in the locality; and directly handle the affairs of citizens and businesses. Therefore, each official needs to proactively innovate their thinking and working methods, improve the quality of advice and the effectiveness of management and administration.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Thy Lieu, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics branch in Vinh Long province, presented certificates to trainees who completed the training course.
The Director of the Department of Internal Affairs of Ca Mau province urged the trainees to demonstrate dynamism, creativity, and a willingness to think outside the box, take initiative, and assume responsibility in performing their duties; to proactively develop and implement plans, programs, and projects that are appropriate to the local conditions, ensuring transparency, effectiveness, and discipline.

Through this training course, the leaders of the Department of Internal Affairs expect that the commune-level officials will flexibly apply the updated knowledge, work with their localities to effectively exploit potential and advantages, enhance competitiveness, and contribute to achieving the province's socio-economic development goals, especially the double-digit growth target for the 2026-2030 period.
