On this occasion, the club launched a black-and-white photo book about 56 historical sites in Ho Chi Minh City after its reunification (including the former Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau provinces ). The book, 312 pages thick, features 396 works by 28 authors who are members of the club.
This photo book compiles beautiful images taken from various angles and times, along with brief information about the historical sites, notably national-level monuments such as: the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council and People's Committee Headquarters, a building associated with many historical milestones of the city; the City Theater, showcasing a harmonious blend of historical architecture and modern urban life; the Ba Ria Round House, originally a water tower built by the French colonialists in the early 20th century, which has been associated with the proud period of Ba Ria's struggle for national liberation; and the Rung Sac Revolutionary Base, a special place linked to the history of the revolutionary struggle in Southern Vietnam...
