Officials from the Culture and Social Affairs Department of Tran Lieu Ward participated in an online competition to learn about administrative reform.

Round 1 consists of 4 testing sessions. Session 1 took place from September 14-18, attracting 13,168 participants; session 2 from September 21-25 had 12,128 participants; and session 3 from September 28 to October 2 had 10,782 participants.

The first round focuses on understanding the policies and regulations of the Central Government and the city regarding administrative reform; building a two-tiered local government; reforming administrative procedures, digital transformation , improving the quality of service to citizens and businesses, and related topics.

Throughout the competition rounds, many agencies, units, and localities actively participated, including Tien Lang, Tien Minh, Gia Vien, Ngo Quyen, Hai Hung, Tran Phu, Ha Bac, and the Departments of Agriculture and Environment, Health, Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Interior Affairs… Among them, many contestants achieved perfect scores and ranked highly.

Phase 4 of Round 1 will continue from October 5th to 9th. Following that, in Round 2 - the "Situation - Solution" competition, agencies and units will research scenarios, develop competition entries and accompanying illustrative products, and submit them to the Organizing Committee before October 14th, 2026.

According to the Organizing Committee, a new feature of this year's competition is the inclusion of situational questions in the multiple-choice section, prompting participants to propose solutions to problems. The competition content has also been updated to include new documents, policies, and regulations related to administrative reform.

In the second round, the "Situation - Service Solution" section was designed to be highly practical, requiring units to propose specific solutions, innovative products, and new approaches in implementing administrative reforms and resolving administrative procedures.

Regarding the prize structure, the prize values ​​are also higher than in previous years; each multiple-choice test round has 6 individual prizes, including 1 first prize worth 2 million VND; 2 second prizes, each worth 1.5 million VND and 3 third prizes, each worth 1 million VND.

Round 2 has 6 prizes for agencies and units with outstanding entries, including 1 first prize worth 12 million VND; 2 second prizes, each worth 9 million VND; and 3 third prizes, each worth 6 million VND.

The Organizing Committee also awarded six collective prizes to agencies and units with outstanding overall achievements, including one first prize of 15 million VND; two second prizes of 12 million VND each; and three third prizes of 9 million VND each.

The agencies and units that won first prize in round 2 and first prize for the team category were awarded Certificates of Commendation by the Chairman of the People's Committee of the city.
