After one year of implementing the twinning, cooperation, and support program, Hai Chau ward and Hung Son commune have organized many practical activities related to social welfare, disaster relief, education , experience exchange, and promotion of local products.

In its first year, Hai Chau ward organized 9 working groups to Hung Son commune, and mobilized over 1.81 billion VND along with many gifts and essential supplies to support the people, schools, and local forces. The resources focused on overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, supporting education, and caring for disadvantaged households and children.

The two localities have also expanded cooperation in education, professional exchange, digital transformation , community activities, and product promotion. Hai Chau Ward has supported the introduction of 32 products and goods from Hung Son Commune at the city's promotional activities.

At the conference, the two localities exchanged and assessed the results achieved after one year of implementing the program; they also shared difficulties and limitations, especially the uneven cooperation in some areas, which still focuses heavily on social welfare activities and disaster relief. Both sides agreed to continue to leverage the strengths of each locality, strengthen the exchange of experiences, connect resources, and implement practical and long-term cooperation initiatives.

The two localities took a commemorative photo, affirming their spirit of solidarity, cooperation, and mutual support for development.

In the coming period, the two localities will continue to strengthen and improve the quality of their sister-city relationship and cooperation in a practical and effective manner; gradually shifting from providing support in a piecemeal fashion to implementing cooperation contents that yield tangible results and create long-term effectiveness.

Both sides will continue to mobilize and connect resources from the government, the Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, businesses, educational institutions, and relevant units; focusing on linking social welfare activities with livelihood support. At the same time, they will maintain exchanges, meetings, and experiences sharing between officials and people of the two localities, strengthening coordination, monitoring, and evaluating the results of the program implementation, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the sister-city relationship in the future.
