On October 3rd,FPT Polytechnic College officially inaugurated its new building in Da Nang with a total floor area of over 14,000m², creating additional space for training, experiences, and career guidance for students and young people in the Central region.
Located at 137 Nguyen Thi Thap Street, Thanh Khe Ward, the new FPT Polytechnic building has 13 above-ground floors and one basement floor, with a total floor area of over 14,000m² and a capacity of nearly 10,000 students.
This project significantly expands the training space at the Da Nang campus. The system of classrooms, practice rooms, laboratories, studios, and flexible learning spaces is designed to enhance hands-on experience, teamwork, and project implementation during the learning process. This approach aligns with FPT Polytechnic's "Learn by Doing" philosophy, where approximately 70% of the learning time is dedicated to practical training.
The new space also facilitates the gathering of faculty members in a centralized training environment, thereby increasing opportunities for professional exchange, collaboration in teaching, and support for learners in practical work and project implementation.
With this scale, the building not only serves the regular training activities of FPT Polytechnic Da Nang students but can also become a venue for organizing experiential activities, career guidance, skills training, and professional networking for young people in the Central region.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Dr. Le Truong Tung - Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT University, FPT Group, expressed that in the context of the rapid development of artificial intelligence, making the future difficult to predict, FPT Polytechnic is a viable option for young people in vocational training. Providing good job opportunities both domestically and internationally for young people is the mission of the FPT Education Organization and FPT Polytechnic.

Following this approach, technology is viewed as an integral part of the apprenticeship process rather than a separate subject. Learners can utilize technological tools in the process of researching, designing, testing, and refining products, thereby gradually developing the ability to adapt to changes in the workplace.
With its capacity to organize various types of learning, practical, and experiential activities, the project can create more opportunities for young people in Central and Central Highlands regions to access technology, vocational skills, career guidance information, and real-world work environments.
