Attending the meeting were: Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of several relevant departments and agencies; representatives of Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company; and leaders of several communes and wards in the province.

At the meeting, the Working Group provided feedback on the draft documents: the Working Regulations and assignment of tasks of the Working Group; the plan for implementing the cooperation program with Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company, the Vietnam Circular Agriculture Association, and the Vietnam Senior Citizens Association on the development of organic agriculture, circular agriculture, and agricultural value chain linkages in Son La province (2026-2030); the cooperation program with Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company, the Vietnam Circular Agriculture Association, and the Vietnam Senior Citizens Association on the development of organic agriculture, circular agriculture, and agricultural value chain linkages in Son La province in 2026; and the Decision to establish a support team for the Working Group according to Decision 515-QD/TU dated September 12, 2026.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Lo Minh Hung requested the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the implementation of the cooperation program with Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company, the Vietnam Circular Agriculture Association, and the Vietnam Senior Citizens Association; to approve the plan and allocate funds according to regulations to organize the implementation of the 2026 plan and the 2026 cooperation program. He also requested the implementation of tasks related to the development of organic agriculture, circular agriculture, and the linkage of agricultural product value chains in Son La province with high determination, great effort, and responsibility to achieve the set goals and targets, thereby promoting socio-economic development and improving the material and spiritual lives of the people.

Comrade Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, delivered a speech at the meeting.

All levels, sectors, and localities are stepping up propaganda and raising awareness among officials, Party members, and the people regarding the development of organic agriculture, circular agriculture, and agricultural value chain linkages in the province; creating consensus and unity in implementation. The Fatherland Front and mass organizations are implementing the contents of the Cooperation Agreement between the Son La Provincial Farmers' Association and Que Lam Phuong Bac One-Member Limited Company, a subsidiary of Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company, on the development of organic agriculture, circular agriculture, and agricultural value chain linkages in Son La province, ensuring timeliness and effectiveness. Binh Thuan commune is directing the implementation of the contents of the Cooperation Agreement; the contents of the implementation plan for the 2026 Cooperation Program in the commune are ensuring that the objectives, progress, and effectiveness are met. Members of the Task Force are proactively implementing tasks according to the Working Regulations; notifying the assignment of tasks and the plan of the Task Force; Promptly report and propose to the Task Force any difficulties or obstacles for consideration and guidance in resolving them.

At the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Son La Provincial Farmers' Association and Que Lam Phuong Bac One-Member Limited Company on the development of organic agriculture, circular agriculture, and agricultural value chain linkages in Son La province; and a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed to jointly build and develop organic agricultural economy and circular value chain in Binh Thuan commune, Son La province.
