Many targets were met or exceeded.

According to compiled data, over the first nine months of 2026, the units in Emulation Cluster No. 1 have comprehensively implemented the tasks of the Farmers' Association and the farmers' movement. Many targets have achieved high results, creating an important foundation for the units to continue accelerating in the remaining months of the year.

The entire cluster has disseminated the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws , and the Association's resolutions and directives to 100% of its cadres and members, achieving the set plan. The work of building the Association's organization continues to receive attention; in the past nine months, 370 new members have been admitted, reaching 66.1% of the annual target; four new professional farmers' association groups and one professional farmers' association branch have been established.

Notably, the training and knowledge enhancement efforts for Association officials and outstanding farmer members have seen many positive changes. The entire cluster has provided training to 2,664 outstanding farmers and those excelling in production and business, significantly exceeding the annual target. This result contributes to improving farmers' knowledge, production and business skills, and adaptability in the new situation.

The movement of farmers competing to excel in production and business continues to be promoted. To date, the entire cluster has 14,304 households registered to strive for the title of excellent producers and business operators at all levels. The various levels of the Farmers' Association have also directly supported 34 poor households, near-poor households, and households with difficult circumstances, exceeding the planned target.

The above results show that the Association's activities are increasingly shifting towards practicality and effectiveness, focusing on members and farmers; linking the building of the Association with supporting economic development, transferring science and technology, digital transformation, environmental protection, and improving the lives of farmers.

Sharing best practices creates a competitive spirit.

At the conference, representatives from the units in the cluster focused on exchanging outstanding achievements, sharing best practices and innovative models in task implementation; at the same time, they frankly assessed difficulties and limitations and proposed solutions for task implementation in the remaining months of the year.

The discussions revealed the proactive and flexible approach of the Association in staying close to the local area, understanding the needs of its members, leveraging the advantages of each locality, and linking the Association's activities with production and business. From developing household economies, cooperatives, branches, and professional associations to supporting the transfer of science and technology, vocational training, digital transformation, and environmental protection, the units have gradually implemented models suitable to the actual conditions, contributing to improving the income and living standards of members and farmers.

Through this, the role of the Farmers' Association is increasingly affirmed not only in disseminating information and gathering members, but also in accompanying farmers in economic development, building effective production models, and participating in the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the locality.

Speed up in the final months of the year.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Mai Van Nam, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, initiative, and creativity of the units in Emulation Cluster No. 1; and acknowledged the positive results achieved in the first nine months of 2026.

Therefore, units need to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, and creativity; specifically review each target, clearly identify tasks that have been achieved and those that are still lagging behind, in order to focus on implementation and strive to comprehensively and surpass the assigned targets.

Specifically, it is necessary to continue innovating the content and methods of the Association's activities in a practical and effective direction, focusing strongly on the grassroots; improving the quality of members and the Association's organization; promoting the movement of farmers competing in excellent production and business; and supporting farmers in developing economic models suitable to the advantages of each locality.

Comrade Mai Van Nam also requested that units pay attention to effectively implementing breakthroughs, especially developing the collective economy, linking agricultural production and consumption, transferring science and technology, vocational training, digital transformation, and building models of farmers participating in environmental protection; while continuing to support poor households, near-poor households, and households with difficult circumstances to improve their lives and achieve stability.

Key officials from the Farmers' Associations of the communes attended the conference.

With the spirit of "Unity - Proactiveness - Creativity - Competition - Efficiency," the units in Emulation Cluster No. 1 unanimously resolved to utilize the remaining time of the year to accelerate progress, overcome low-performing targets, build upon achievements, replicate good practices and effective models; and strive to successfully complete the tasks of the Farmers' Association and the farmers' movement in 2026, achieving and exceeding the planned targets.

The third quarter review meeting of Emulation Cluster No. 1 is not only an opportunity to evaluate results and share experiences, but also to create more motivation for units to continue competing, innovating working methods, and improving the quality of the Association's work. This affirms the role of the Farmers' Association in accompanying farmers in economic development, improving their lives, and contributing to building an increasingly prosperous, beautiful, and civilized homeland.
