At the conference, voters raised issues related to food safety, transportation, climate change, textbooks, and policies for those holding positions in local branches and organizations in villages, hamlets, neighborhoods, and residential areas.

Voter Phan Vu Hao from Hung Long commune proposed strengthening the management of food and beverage businesses conducted through electronic platforms; and establishing regulations for food safety business identification codes linked to the tax identification number or citizen identification number of the business owner.

For applications and e-commerce platforms, voters suggested checking the validity of food safety certificates before approving store openings; automatically alerting and locking accounts when licenses expire or when the number of negative reviews increases unusually.

Voter Do Truc Phuong from Hung Long commune proposed piloting a " Agricultural Eco-Urban" model along the river, adapting to climate change; providing preferential loan policies for high-tech agricultural cooperatives; and investing in smart dikes and tidal barriers combined with rural transportation development.

Regarding textbooks, voter Nguyen Thanh Song (Tan Vinh Loc commune) reflected on the shortage of textbooks at the beginning of the school year, causing anxiety among parents; the frequent revisions and changes to textbooks lead to wasted budget and increased costs for people.

Voters have suggested that schools named after prominent figures and leaders should display plaques at the school gate clearly detailing the historical contributions and achievements of these individuals, in order to educate students about national traditions.

Voter Pham Van Vang from Binh Chanh commune suggested researching mechanisms and policies for individuals directly holding positions in branches and organizations at the village, hamlet, neighborhood, and residential area levels.

Responding to the voters' opinions, delegate Nguyen Thanh Sang stated that the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation will compile and fully convey the delegates' opinions to the relevant specialized agencies. He also requested the People's Committee of the commune to study, consider, and provide satisfactory answers to voters regarding opinions within the commune's jurisdiction.

Regarding textbooks, the delegates stated that they will continue to petition the Ministry of Education and Training to consider developing a new, standardized set of textbooks that can be used long-term, overcoming the current situation of frequent changes.

Regarding opinions related to land and planning, the representative informed that at this session, the National Assembly will consider amending the Land Law to meet the requirements of socio-economic development and ensure the rights of the people...
