Attending the meetings were National Assembly delegates: Nguyen Trung Kien, a full-time member of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs; Nguyen Quoc Dung, City Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai City, and Chairman of the Dong Nai City Federation of Labor; Van Thuy Anh, specialist at the Dong Nai Arts Theater; and representatives from city departments, agencies, and local leaders.

During these meetings, representatives of the National Assembly delegation from constituency No. 5 informed voters about the results of the first extraordinary session, the expected content and program of the second session of the 16th National Assembly; and the results of addressing and responding to voters' requests after the first session. At the same time, the delegates listened to and recorded the concerns, aspirations, and issues arising from the practical lives of the people.
Local voters have raised many issues concerning people's lives, most notably difficulties in compensation and land acquisition for construction projects; slow procedures for transferring ownership and issuing/exchanging land use right certificates; and some civil disputes that have not been resolved in a timely manner.
Voters also suggested that relevant authorities pay attention to investing in and repairing dilapidated roads, as well as expediting the construction of roads already approved for investment, to avoid hindering traffic flow for the people. In addition, voters reflected on some shortcomings in the implementation of digital transformation in handling administrative procedures at the local level, especially the lack of data synchronization and interoperability in some areas, causing difficulties for the people…

During these meetings, representatives from departments, agencies, and localities directly addressed issues within their jurisdiction. Recommendations that could not be answered immediately were compiled by the National Assembly Delegation and forwarded to the relevant authorities for consideration, resolution, and response to the constituents.
Through interactions with constituents, the Dong Nai City National Assembly Delegation continues to grasp issues from the grassroots level, contributing to fully conveying the legitimate aspirations and concerns of the people to the National Assembly and relevant agencies.
