On October 3rd, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Union announced the establishment of the Toyota Binh Thuan Company Limited's grassroots trade union in Ham Thang ward, with 94 members.

Mr. Ba Thanh Van Ba ​​has been appointed as the interim Chairman of the grassroots trade union.

Previously, the company encouraged employees to join the trade union through internal announcements and publicity. With guidance from the Ham Thang Ward Trade Union, the grassroots trade union of Toyota Binh Thuan Co., Ltd. was established.

At the ceremony, Mr. Ho Cong Duong, Standing Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor, presented the decision to establish the grassroots trade union and admitted new members.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Duong stated that establishing a trade union at the grassroots level helps the unit be more proactive in its trade union activities.

Local trade unions need to develop action plans and work alongside businesses to develop production and business, thereby creating better conditions to care for their members.

Regarding the specialized nature of the automotive repair business, which is closely linked to high technology, Mr. Duong suggested that the grassroots trade union launch a movement for skilled and innovative labor, linked to the expertise of the workers.

Previously, on September 30th, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Union announced the establishment of the grassroots trade union at Saigon Binh Thuan Eye Hospital Joint Stock Company with 43 members.

This is also a grassroots trade union under the management of the Ham Thang Ward Trade Union.
