The drill involved the core force of the Ung Hoa Commune Police, in close coordination with the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 36 - Hanoi City Police.
The event also saw the significant participation of medical personnel, local security forces, militia, and a large number of residents in the area. The diverse participation of these groups not only ensured the drill closely reflected real-world situations but also affirmed the central role of citizens in the network for maintaining security, order, and fire safety.
The simulated scenario closely reflects the architectural characteristics and living spaces of current residential areas, requiring quick response capabilities and precise coordinated action.
As soon as the alert was issued, the forces immediately deployed their formations. The images captured at the scene clearly show the urgent and professional atmosphere of the drill.
The specialized firefighting force quickly deployed fire hoses and water cannons to control the flames from multiple directions. At the same time, rescue workers, equipped with specialized gear and gas masks, urgently approached the scene, using stretchers to safely evacuate victims from the dangerous area.
On the outer perimeter, the general public and local security forces also directly practiced using portable fire extinguishers to put out small fires and promptly isolate the heat source.
Besides practical firefighting activities, the Ung Hoa Commune Police particularly focused on propaganda and visual guidance. Through these exercises, residents were equipped with essential survival knowledge and skills, as well as how to cooperate with authorities when incidents occur.
The shift from awareness to practical action forms a solid foundation for maximizing the effectiveness of the "four on-the-spot" principle, which includes: on-the-spot command, on-the-spot forces, on-the-spot equipment, and on-the-spot supplies and logistics. Each family and each citizen is gradually becoming an active and self-aware participant in fire prevention efforts.
Thanks to thorough preparation, a high sense of responsibility, and seamless coordination among the units, the exercise was conducted with absolute safety, meeting all technical and tactical requirements and achieving the set objectives.
