According to the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee, in the third quarter of 2026, central and city-level media agencies closely followed the directives of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; the propaganda orientation of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department; and adhered to the principles and objectives of their respective media organizations.
Accordingly, the focus will be on disseminating the directives of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the City People's Council, and the City People's Committee in the following areas: Party building, socio- economic development, national defense and security, and social welfare.
Propaganda for the 500-day emulation campaign to search for and collect the remains of fallen soldiers; the implementation of Resolution No. 16-NQ/TW of the Politburo on building and developing Dong Nai city until 2035, with a vision to 2065, and the Law on Urban Development; public investment disbursement, administrative reform, etc.

The opinions exchanged at the conference suggested that: Currently, the trend in journalism is towards solution-oriented journalism, so media outlets inside and outside the city are hoping that departments, agencies, and units will promptly provide information to the press to guide public opinion. The City Party Committee's Propaganda Department should provide information on a monthly basis so that the press has timely information for propaganda.
The primary objective of this communication effort is the development of Dong Nai City, therefore information must flow in two directions: proactively providing information from departments, agencies, and functional bodies, and promptly disseminating it through the press.
Concluding the conference, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department Nguyen Thi Loan requested that departments and agencies proactively provide monthly content for propaganda to the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department so that the department can guide propaganda efforts and provide information to the press.

The propaganda efforts will focus on exemplary models, effective methods, and the city-wide efforts in achieving development goals; promoting positive images of Dong Nai. It will concentrate on publicizing the key tasks of Dong Nai city in achieving double-digit growth, revenue collection, and disbursement of public investment capital.

The Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee will coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to provide monthly thematic information to the press.
The comrade suggested that in the fourth quarter, focus should be placed on disseminating information on the following topics: Party building and the political system; the results of socio-economic development in the first nine months and key tasks for the last three months of 2026; the special 500-day emulation campaign in accordance with Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU of the City Party Committee; growth and budget revenue, administrative reform, disbursement of public investment capital, and key projects; the implementation of Resolution No. 16-NQ/TW dated July 21, 2026, of the Politburo on building and developing Dong Nai city until 2035, with a vision to 2065, and the Law on Urban Development; the cultural and social fields, social security; foreign affairs, national defense, and security.
