Disburse 100% of the allocated public investment plan, complete key projects and meet deadlines for 2026. Resolutely cut funding from ministries and localities with slow disbursement rates to reallocate funds to projects and works that have the capacity and ability to absorb capital.

Fourth, we will continue to vigorously implement solutions to reduce input costs for the economy, promote private investment, and resolve and implement outstanding projects. In particular, more than 1,000 projects have had their difficulties and obstacles addressed.

"That's a huge impetus to boost economic growth. State-owned corporations and enterprises have the responsibility to continue fulfilling the production and business plans that were set at the beginning of the year," said Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi.

Finally, as part of the solution regarding science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation , the 100-day action plan aims to disburse 100% of the state budget allocated for science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation within the last three months of the year.

The Ministry of Finance is always closely monitoring the situation to advise the Government on scenarios and solutions to help us achieve our unchanging goal of double-digit GDP growth in 2026.
