The conference is of great importance in consolidating and supplementing key personnel, ensuring continuity and comprehensiveness, and enhancing the operational capacity of the Bac Ninh City Youth Union in the new development phase.
According to the report, by September 2026, the Bac Ninh City Youth Union Committee experienced significant personnel changes due to the transfer or ineligibility of 68 out of 88 committee members, 22 out of 28 Secretariat members, 6 out of 7 Vice Presidents, and 8 out of 10 Inspection Committee members. This necessitates the urgent restructuring of the organization to ensure the continuous and effective operation of the Bac Ninh City Youth Union.
The conference nominated and added 37 individuals to the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh City Youth Union, 6th term. Mr. Ha Thai Son, Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union and Acting Chairman of the Bac Ninh City Youth Union, was elected Chairman of the Bac Ninh City Youth Union, 6th term, 2024-2029, with 100% of the delegates unanimously agreeing.
The conference appointed three Vice Presidents of the Bac Ninh City Youth Union, including: Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nam - Head of the Youth Movement Department - Bac Ninh City Youth Union; Mr. Dang Dinh Chinh - Vice President of the Bac Ninh City Young Entrepreneurs Association; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong - Vice President of the Bac Ninh City Young Doctors Association.
