On the evening of October 2nd, within the framework of the "Young Entrepreneurs' Tet 2026 - Synergy" program, the Hanoi Young Entrepreneurs Association organized the Thang Long Young Entrepreneur Award Ceremony and honored outstanding young entrepreneurs of Hanoi in 2026.
The program was attended by Mr. Bui Quang Huy - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union; Mr. Nguyen Kim Quy - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, along with representatives of the Central leadership, Hanoi city, and a large number of young entrepreneurs.
At the event, a ceremony was held to award the Third-Class Labor Medal to Thang Long Investment Group Joint Stock Company and the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to Novaon Group Joint Stock Company.
Organized regularly since 2003 under the direction of the Vietnam Youth Union of Hanoi City and implemented by the Hanoi Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Thang Long Young Entrepreneur Award and the Outstanding Young Entrepreneur of Hanoi Award are activities aimed at recognizing young entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in production, business and contributions to the community.
In 2026, the award will continue to honor the Top 30 Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs of Hanoi and the Top 10 Young Entrepreneurs of Thang Long.
This year's Top 10 Thang Long Young Entrepreneurs list showcases diversity in fields and development models. Ten entrepreneurs operate in various sectors, but all share inspiring stories of innovation, market expansion, business development, and contributions to society.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dat, Deputy General Director of Nicotex Joint Stock Company, is recognized for his contributions to management innovation, digital transformation , and the application of technology in agriculture. In particular, he has directly participated in the development of agricultural drones at Nicotex. To date, nearly 2,000 drones have been delivered, serving more than 1,000 customers including businesses, cooperatives, large-scale farmers, and individual farmers.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh, a member of the Board of Directors and General Director of 911 Group Joint Stock Company, is associated with the field of construction machinery and equipment. During his tenure, he promoted cooperation with corporations such as XCMG, LOVOL, TONLY, and ZTON, while also guiding the shift towards green equipment, electric-powered machinery, and developing the 911 CALL ME technical service ecosystem.
Mr. Do Huu Hung, General Director of Interspace Vietnam Co., Ltd. (ACCESSTRADE), is an entrepreneur deeply involved in the development of Affiliate Marketing in Vietnam. ACCESSTRADE currently connects over 3 million content creators with more than 2,000 brands. In 2026, he was honored by Tatler Asia in the Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2026 list – Young pioneers shaping Asia's future .
Mr. Pham Van Quang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of UKG Group Joint Stock Company, along with his team, built and developed the two household appliance brands UNIE and KALITE. From products present in hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese kitchens, UKG is continuing to invest in production capacity with a factory project in Hung Yen , while also implementing many activities to support disadvantaged children and families.
Ms. Truong Thi Dung, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Times Steel Co., Ltd. and Chairwoman of Taixin Group, is a female leader operating in the industrial steel and supporting industries. She directly leads the ecosystem comprising Dai Tin Vietnam, Times Steel, and Dai Thanh Steel, supplying, processing, and distributing steel for the precision engineering, automotive, and electrical and electronics industries.
Mr. Cao Dai Thang, Chairman and CEO of Intech Technology and Investment Joint Stock Company, is the founder of INTECH Group – a company providing cleanroom solutions and high-tech factory infrastructure. INTECH has implemented numerous projects in the electronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food, and healthcare sectors, while also expanding its market to the US, Australia, and India . The company also develops "Made in Vietnam" technology products and solutions.
Mr. Bui Huu Suu, Chairman and CEO of Minh Tam Trading, Service and Manufacturing Company Limited, has nearly two decades of experience in the automotive interior industry. Minh Tam currently develops two brands, Lavor and MT, with a network of over 2,000 dealerships nationwide. It also manufactures components, assembles limousines, and supplies automotive seats and amenities under OEM conditions.
Ms. Bui Thi Loan, General Director of LeTrading Vietnam Co., Ltd., developed her business in the fields of agricultural product trading and high-end uniform production. After nearly a decade, from an initial revenue of a few billion VND, LeTrading has grown into a multi-industry enterprise with annual revenue exceeding 1,000 billion VND. She was also among the Top 100 Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs 2025 – Red Star Award.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen Thuong, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Nagakawa Group, is a female leader associated with the refrigeration and home appliance sector. In her leadership role, she and the Nagakawa team have maintained double-digit growth for five consecutive years. Nagakawa has also been ranked among the Top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam for six consecutive years. In 2025, she was honored as one of the Top 30 Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Chairman and CEO of Bateco Vietnam Joint Stock Company, is also the Vice President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association. Bateco develops an ecosystem serving industry, from infrastructure, industrial land, ports, and logistics to core industrial services, providing solutions for water, gas, supplies, and materials. The company also focuses on developing a green economy and meeting ESG standards.
The Hanoi Young Entrepreneurs Association currently has approximately 4,000 members and 36 affiliated units, while the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs system has a network of about 22,000 businesses. This provides a foundation for the young entrepreneur community to move towards a truly synergistic ecosystem of value, resources, and benefits.
