1,927 new students at the University of Science begin the new academic year.

Rewarding students who achieve outstanding academic and training results in the 2025-2026 school year.

In the 2026-2027 academic year, the University of Science , Hue University, welcomed 1,927 new students of the 50th cohort, studying in 29 majors and training programs.

In the new academic year, the University of Science continues to focus on improving the quality of education, promoting scientific research, innovating teaching methods, and strengthening connections with agencies, businesses, and organizations both domestically and internationally. The university aims to create a favorable environment for students to develop their professional knowledge, vocational skills, creative abilities, and adaptability to the demands of the labor market.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Thanh Tung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector of the University of Science, congratulated the new students; and emphasized the need for proactive learning, research, and skill development in the context of rapidly developing science, technology, digital transformation , and innovation.

At the opening ceremony, the University of Science honored the top-scoring students of the entire university and the top-scoring students of 29 majors and training programs; at the same time, it commended and rewarded students who achieved excellent results in their studies and training in the 2025-2026 academic year.

On this occasion, many students received scholarships from organizations, businesses, and sponsors.
