Some ceremonies take place in just one session, but their significance is proven over a long period. The Party membership ceremony is one such example. After the oath comes the normal working days, processing paperwork, receiving citizens, and performing tasks that are not always easy.

For the outstanding individuals who have just been admitted to the Party at the Office Branch and the Professional Services Department 1 Branch, this milestone is not the end of their journey of striving.

New Party member Nguyen Hue Chi shared that joining the Party is a memorable milestone after a period of striving and self-improvement. For her, this honor also comes with the responsibility to continue to work hard, proactively learn, maintain a receptive attitude, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

"Being admitted into the Party is an honor, but it also reminds me to strive harder. I will start with concrete actions in my daily work, seriously training and learning from senior comrades to gradually mature," Nguyen Hue Chi shared.

A simple statement, yet it highlights an important point after the induction ceremony: a title only truly has meaning when demonstrated through actions.

At the ceremony for admitting new party members organized by the Party branches of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Inspectorate on October 1st, Mr. Dang Minh Ton, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy Chief Inspector of the province, reiterated President Ho Chi Minh 's teaching: "Joining the Party is not to become an official or to get rich, but to serve the Fatherland, the Party, and the People."

For those working in inspection, this teaching is even more practically relevant. Their work frequently places them before specific issues, intertwined relationships and interests, demanding alertness, objectivity, and professional integrity.

In an inspection agency, Party building cannot be separated from professional duties. A Party member is expected not only to fulfill their own responsibilities but also to maintain a sense of responsibility in matters related to the people and the organization.

Based on that requirement, the newly assigned party members were tasked with quickly studying and mastering the branch's resolution, clearly identifying the unit's key political tasks; and at the same time, continuing to train in the areas of inspection, citizen reception, handling complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption and negative practices.

These are areas where work results are not measured solely by a completed file on time. Behind each case may be the rights of an individual, a family, or the operations of an agency or unit. Therefore, the way officials listen, consider, and handle issues is sometimes just as important as the operational procedures.

For new party members like Nguyen Hue Chi, it is also an environment to continue training and proving themselves.

During the 12-month probationary period, each person will have to demonstrate their maturity through practical work. Party branches will continue to assign full party members to monitor, assist, and guide probationary party members. This companionship helps newcomers better understand the Party organization, while simultaneously improving their work methods, professional competence, and sense of responsibility.

A strong Party organization is not just about how many more members it has. More importantly, it's about what those members contribute to the common good, whether they uphold principles in their work, and whether they earn the trust of their colleagues and the people.

Therefore, the addition of new Party members to the Tuyen Quang Provincial Inspectorate will provide an additional resource for the work, if each person transforms the training process within the Party into motivation to perform their profession better.

The induction ceremony will eventually end, but the journey ahead is where the oaths will be tested. From a public consultation, an inspection report, or an assigned task, the qualities and responsibilities of a party member will be most clearly seen. This is also where Party building work finds its practical meaning within an inspection agency.
