The digital handbook is disseminated on social media platforms, the Tuy Phuoc Youth Facebook page, and information channels of the Youth Union and Children's Union branches. The commune's Youth Union provides QR codes for members and young people to easily access, learn about, and share the content.

The handbook's content focuses on issues such as safe online participation skills, protecting personal information, identifying fake links and QR codes, and preventing online fraud; guidance on identifying scams involving impersonation of police, prosecutors, courts, banks, government agencies, and schools; "online kidnapping," deepfakes, social media account hijacking, online shopping scams, and "easy jobs with high salaries"...
Notably, the awareness campaign is conducted through specific scenarios, helping young people identify suspicious activity and develop the habit of verifying information before making online requests. Principles such as "think before you share," "check before you click," "verify before you transfer money," and reporting any irregularities are emphasized.
Following the online awareness campaign, on October 3rd, the Youth Union of the commune organized a high-intensity awareness campaign at Tuy Phuoc No. 1 High School; on October 4th, the campaign was implemented at the Tuy Phuoc Vocational Training and Continuing Education Center, schools, and Youth Union branches in the area.

In addition to awareness campaigns, the Youth Union plans to organize an online quiz to test knowledge of digital handbooks and legal regulations related to youth. The online quiz format will help union members and students both reinforce their knowledge and assess their understanding of the disseminated content.
After October 4th, the digital handbook will continue to be utilized at Youth Union branches, schools, and in the digital environment, thereby gradually promoting the role of Youth Union members and young people in understanding, complying with, and disseminating legal knowledge to friends, family, and the community.
