Accordingly, the total capital mobilized in the province is estimated at 186,000 billion VND (an increase of 11.2% compared to the end of 2025); the total outstanding loans to the economy are estimated at 291,000 billion VND (a growth of 11.7% compared to the end of 2025).
Notably, the banking sector has closely followed the directives and reduced costs to maintain reasonable interest rates, with approximately 60% of total outstanding loans having interest rates of 9% per year or less, creating optimal conditions for businesses and individuals to access capital.

Credit flows have continued to expand in the right direction recently, focusing primarily on production, business, and key growth drivers of the province. Thanks to strict and flexible risk management solutions, credit quality in the area continues to be safely controlled, with the non-performing loan ratio maintained at below 1.5%.
Besides commercial credit, social policy credit is also being implemented vigorously, playing a crucial role as a social security "support system".
As of the end of September, outstanding loans under policy credit programs were estimated at VND 16,043 billion (an increase of 10.9% compared to the end of 2025), supporting approximately 323,000 customers with outstanding loans. This capital has practically supported poor and near-poor households, creating livelihoods, solving employment problems, contributing to ensuring sustainable social security, and gradually combating illegal lending in rural areas and ethnic minority regions in the province.
