"Culture is not only present in relics, festivals, or works of art, but must also awaken national pride, strengthen national unity, and promote a cultured and civilized lifestyle throughout society; creating a favorable environment for people to directly participate in preserving, maintaining, creating, and enjoying cultural values," emphasized Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Vu Thu Ha.
In response to Vietnam Culture Day 2026, Hanoi has directed the organization of numerous activities aimed at honoring traditional cultural values, fostering patriotism, solidarity, and national pride.
