The Circular regulating food traceability under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is temporarily suspended.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has decided to temporarily suspend the application of Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026, issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which regulates the traceability of food products under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, until the Circular replacing Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT comes into effect.

Deputy Minister Truong Thanh Hoai has just signed Decision No. 2468/QD-BCT dated September 30, 2026, of the Minister of Industry and Trade on temporarily suspending the effect of Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026, of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regulating the traceability of food under the Ministry's management. — Deputy Minister Truong Thanh Hoai signed Decision No. 2468/QD-BCT dated September 30, 2026, of the Minister of Industry and Trade on temporarily suspending the effect of Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026, of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regulating food traceability under the Ministry's management. This decision takes effect from October 1, 2026, and replaces Decision No. 1611/QD-BCT dated July 1, 2026, of the Minister of Industry and Trade, which temporarily suspended the validity of Circular No. 11/2026/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2026, of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, regulating the traceability of food under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The Chief of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Industry Department, the heads of units under the Ministry, and relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
